As ASTAŞ, we have been serving to the garment and ready-to-wear industry with high tech brands and wide variety of the products for 40 years.
Our aim is to offer best suited solutions as per the requirements of the clients through manufacturing process – from fabric to finished product with more than 30 world-leading brands that we represent and automatic sewing machines of our own production. In our product range, we offer not only the sewing equipments but also the computer aided pattern room and Cutting Room Technology (CAD-CAM systems) that ensure high productivity and efficiency.
We as Astaş develop innovation strategies and technology as per our customers' needs and expectations. We always strive to offer latest technologies and the most suitable product to our customers.
We aimed to transform our experience and quality understanding, which we have gained thanks to enhanced cooperation with ourJapanese and German partners for 40 years by taking part in such high technology,into "Made in Turkey" stamped value for our country, and we succeeded this. As Astaş, with 40 years of experience in the sector, we presented our own production solutions to our customers with our own brand "ASTRON" as sewing automats, special machines and apparatus in the early 2000s. With our ASTRON brand, which we have created by using new generation technologies, we produce technology according to all the needs and expectations of our customers and continue to offer the most suitible product.
In addition to all of these, we lately introduced our new brands ‘FOLIOPACK’ in the field of automatic bagging machines ‘MERSMANN’ in the field of automatic spreading machines and LABELMAC in labeling solutions to the garment industry.
We combined the demands of the industry (or market) with our technology quickly and produced new technologies. In this period in which our country and the world are going through difficulty, we have produced and continue to produce high-tech mask and protective clothing machines , with our new brand NORMSTONE, which we have positioned in the field of mask and protective clothing production technologies.
Apart from that, we give services with high-tech machines in the field of technical textiles and protective equipment with our new inhouse production BONDEX UNITED brand.
