This page explains the processing behind the website inquiry form. It is an operational explanation, not a data processing agreement for client services. See the privacy notice for the broader privacy context.
Normstone entities
This website is operated under the Normstone brand by Normstone Inc., a Delaware corporation in the United States and the main entity responsible for the website and its inquiries.
The Abu Dhabi registered entity is NORMSTONE CONSULTECH - L.L.C - S.P.C, a Limited Liability Company - Sole Proprietorship Company in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Its economic licence is CN-6814261, unified licence number 501-2026-200083918, and unified registration number 101-2026-200130420, issued on 7 October 2026. The contracting entity for professional work will be identified in the relevant proposal or agreement.
01 / Submit
You enter your name, work email, organization, focus area, and a short description of your challenge. Your browser sends those values to this site’s contact endpoint over HTTPS. The form asks for the information needed to understand and respond to a professional inquiry.
02 / Check
The endpoint checks that required fields are present, within length limits, and in the expected format. A hidden spam field can cause an automated submission to be ignored. Invalid submissions are rejected instead of being stored.
03 / Record
An accepted inquiry is stored in the website database with a randomly generated record ID, receipt time, submitted fields, and an internal status of “new”. The endpoint returns a success message to your browser. It does not send an email or add you to a marketing list.
04 / Review and respond
The site owner can review stored inquiries through protected hosting tools and use the details to respond. The form does not send automatic email notifications. You can contact us directly at [email protected], including if the form is unavailable. The website does not score inquiries or make a solely automated decision about whether to work with someone.
05 / Retain and remove
The application has no automatic expiry rule; deleting a stored inquiry requires a manual database action. Unconverted inquiries are normally retained for 12 months after the last meaningful contact, with exceptions for active discussions and applicable legal or recordkeeping needs. Contact [email protected] to request access, correction, or deletion. Deletion is manual rather than an automatic application timer. The privacy notice explains the information available to visitors.
Client work is separate
If a professional engagement later involves processing client data, its roles, instructions, security measures, subprocessors, transfers, and deletion terms would need to be agreed separately. This website explanation does not appoint Normstone as a processor for client data or act as a client data processing agreement.
