Quality management

Make quality management part of delivery.

ISO 9001:2026 sets requirements for a quality management system. We help service organizations define the processes that shape customer outcomes, assign ownership, measure performance, and use findings to improve delivery.

Our implementation focus

Make the requirements operational.

  1. 01

Define the quality management system scope and interested parties

  2. 02

Map customer requirements to service processes and owners

  3. 03

Set measures for performance, exceptions, and feedback

  4. 04

Operate corrective action and management review

  5. 05

Prepare for independent certification assessment if chosen

Independent assessment

Normstone supports implementation and readiness. An independent certification body makes any ISO 9001 certification decision.

Questions we hear

Get the distinctions right.

Does ISO 9001 replace ISO/IEC 27001?

No. ISO 9001 addresses quality management; ISO/IEC 27001 addresses information security management. Governance and review practices may be coordinated, while each system retains its own purpose and scope.

Is ISO 9001:2026 the current edition?

Yes. ISO identifies the 2026 edition as replacing ISO 9001:2015. Existing certified organizations should discuss the applicable transition plan with their certification body.
